Biography
Denise Swanner is the At-Large Representative for the Odessa City Council. She was born and raised in Odessa.
Education & Employment
Council Member Swanner attended Permian High School, Odessa College and the Non-Profit Executive Leadership from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin.
To give you some background, she was in the Medical Field for 21 years, Co-Owner of two Medical Supplies, Owner of Franchise der Wienerschnitzel and was the first woman to break all national Sales Records. She also worked for Odessa Teen court as the Assistant Court administrator.

She and her husband, Bobby, have three beautiful daughters and five grandchildren.
