Ector County Sheriff Mike Griffis Request Donations for Uvalde Shooting Victims

Sheriff Mike Griffis is asking for donations for the victims of the Uvalde school shooting.

Ector County Sheriff, Mike Griffis, has requested that the community donate for the victims of Uvalde. Donations can be dropped off at the Ector County Sheriff’s Office, 2500 S Hwy 385.

Message from Sheriff Mike Griffis:

5-25-2022***Folks, since this unimaginable incident has taken place in Uvalde we want to help in any way we can. These families will have needs. We have approximately $1000 that we have collected from employees for charity causes. We will begin taking additional monetary donations at 10 am Wednesday morning through Thursday at the Ector County Sheriff’s Office 2500 S Hwy 385. We will have a poster in which those who donate can convey a short message. For donations via check, make payable to Uvalde County. We will hand-deliver these funds to the Sheriff on Friday. I cannot imagine what these people are feeling right now. God Bless Them All.
