Odessa, TX - The City of Odessa and Odessa Parks Foundation are scheduled to have a groundbreaking ceremony for a new playground at Casa Bella Park. The playground project design was assisted by students from ECISD and students will join the groundbreaking.
The ceremony will be Monday, March 28, 2022, at 1:00 pm., Casa Bella Park located at Maple Avenue and University Boulevard.
