Major progress is being made on the new Odessa Animal Shelter. Steel beams are now up and much of the concrete for the facility has been laid.
It’s located right next to the current animal shelter at 910 West 42nd Street. The new animal shelter will be around 21-thousand square feet. It’s expected to open later in the year.
