On 11-17-2021 at around 1200 hours, OPD was dispatched to the 1600 block of N. Grant in reference to a major crash. Three vehicles were involved including a Kia Sorento. The driver and sole occupant of that vehicle was responsible for a hit and run. He left the scene and fled on foot.
