On October 6, 2021 (Wednesday) at 7:29 pm, OPD was dispatched to E. 42nd Street and Mall Road in reference to a major crash. Investigation revealed that an involved vehicle left the scene and the operator (subject pictured) was observed fleeing through the Mall on foot without meeting the legal requirement by law. The actor vehicle was further reported Stolen through our department.
