The Odessa Billing and Collection department will be temporarily closed from October 26th through November 2nd for system updates. Customers will be unable to speak to representatives in person, by phone or pay their utility bills during this time.
All payment options will be unavailable. Customers that have auto-billing will need to setup their auto-billing again after the updates are finished. For emergency line breaks, customers may call 432-335-3200.

Actualización del sistema
El departamento de Facturación y Cobro de Odessa estará temporalmente cerrado desde el 26 de octubre hasta el 2 de noviembre para actualizar el sistema. Los clientes no podrán hablar con los representantes en persona, por teléfono o pagar sus facturas de servicios públicos durante este tiempo.
Todas las opciones de pago no estarán disponibles. Los clientes que tengan la autofacturación tendrán que volver a configurarla una vez finalizadas las actualizaciones. Para cortes de línea de emergencia, los clientes pueden llamar al 432-335-3200.
