Posted on: October 16, 2021[ARCHIVED] Murder Arrest
On October 14 the Odessa Police Department responded to an assault that occurred at Maple and Tanglewood. The victim was identified as Ross Walker. Walker was transported by ambulance to Medical Center Hospital and later succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased on October 15.
Detectives with the Odessa Police Department requested assistance in identifying a suspect from video footage obtained at the scene. Information was received that led to the identification and arrest of the suspect. Victor Tarin Gonazales 9/3/1983 was charged with Murder, a First Degree felony.
