Downtown Odessa Inc. and the City of Odessa have been working on the Downtown Odessa Master Plan. Downtown Odessa has held several Town Hall meetings to get public input on ideas they have for Downtown Odessa's future. There is still time to help shape the future of Downtown by participating in a couple of surveys to get your input on what you think Downtown Odessa needs.
There are 2 surveys, a map survey and a Master Plan survey.
