Robert Serrano Franco was taken into custody yesterday afternoon at approximately 5 pm.
He is charged with 4 counts of aggravated assault of a peace officer, along with several other charges.

The Odessa Police Department needs the public’s help in locating Robert Serrano Franco. Franco is being sought for questioning. Franco is a Hispanic male and is 43 years old. He may also go by “Cutate”.
Anyone with any information on Franco’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Odessa Police Department.
