Original Release from 6-14-21: The Odessa Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing person. Charlie Turner, 41 years of age, was last seen on 6-13-21 during the early morning hours, in the area of ORMC. Turner may need medical treatment.
Turner is 6’ tall and weighs approximately 180 pounds. Anyone with information in reference to the whereabouts of Turner is encouraged to contact the Odessa Police Department at 432-333-3641 or Odessa Crime Stoppers at 432-333-TIPS.
