On 5-24-21 at approximately 2121 hours, Odessa Police responded to 3310 Andrews Highway (Art of Fadez) in reference to a hit and run. Investigation revealed that the driver of a silver Jeep crashed into a business (barber shop) and left the scene without meeting necessary legal requirements.
