SUMMARY:
On May 16, 2021 at approximately 2059 hours, Odessa Police responded to the 2000 block of East 7th Street in reference to a check welfare. Odessa Police later located a deceased male, identified as Jacob Ledward, 24 years of age. Next of kin have been notified.
