On 9-3-23 at approximately 11:23pm, OPD responded to 42nd and Dawn in reference to a major crash involving a motorcycle. Investigation revealed that a Harley Davidson motorcycle, being operated by James Foreman, 22 years of age, was traveling east on 42nd St. A black Nissan Skyline, being operated by John Williams, 54 years of age, was traveling west on 42nd St. and attempted to turn left onto Dawn. Both vehicles collided in the intersection. Both drivers were transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries and there were no reports of any other injuries. The investigation is ongoing.
