she owns the Glitz in downtown Odessa. She never thought about being a hairdresser growing up. She took cosmetology at Permian High to get out of class. Then low and behold, she ended up liking it. Twenty-one years later, she’s been cutting hair her own way, from never thinking about being in the business to becoming an owner. She says her shop is fun and full of love and no drama. She adores her employees.
Not only is Chelsea the owner of Glitz, but she juggles three kids as well. She has a 13-year-old, a 12-year-old, and an 8-year-old. When she’s not at work, she enjoys playing sports with her kids, volleyball and football. Chelse’s favorite thing about Odessa is the people.
