Creativity runs in her genes. It all started when Blanca Ramos began sewing with her mother. They would make crib bedding sets, diaper bags, baby blankets, etc. She admits her mom was a pro, and it wasn’t as easy for her. However, embroidery is where the Odessa native thrived.
She owns “Sew Esquisite Boutique.” Her clients include oilfield companies and some big names Mexican restaurants such as Mamacitas Mexican Grill and La Burreria.
“I love it when people cherish my work.”
This mother of three boys also has one child who wants to follow in her footsteps. Her 11-year-old is her “mini-me.” Blanca describes him as a little entrepreneur.
“He asked me if he could sell toys and other items to make his own money,” she laughed.
While Blanca has her mobile boutique, she has also expanded into vendor shows! She calls her vendor show the “Boss Mom Market,” the first being July 15th and 16th at the Ector County Coliseum.
