The raffle is a big part of the Bustin for Badges. It is one of the many ways to contribute during the event and proceeds go directly towards the Odessa and Midland Police Departments and the Ector and Midland County Sheriff's Office. Funds are used to purchase new equipment and technology to better serve and protect our community.
