Congratulations to Sergeant Carlos Chavez, who was awarded with the 2023 International Association of Law Enforcement Firearms Instructor of the Year! He was also given an AR rifle.
Sergeant Chavez has been OPD's Range Master since 2003 and trains all our officers including the SWAT Team and Snipers.
