By day, City of Odessa employee Luis Valerio is an HVAC Tech. By night, he’s working to help youngsters.
He and his wife founded an orphanage in Africa. His pastor had traveled there. Then, he was contacted to help.
Not only is Luis strong in his faith, this hits close to home for him. He grew up in a village in the Dominican Republic. His mom brought him to the U.S. at the age of 11 for a better life.
Luis is also a veteran. He served in the Army for four years. On a more personal note, he has 11 kids and 12 grandkids.
