Today was a momentous occasion. This afternoon, a ribbon-cutting ceremony took place to commemorate the opening of Odessa's brand-new animal shelter.
This facility has been in the works for a long time, and we are very excited to see it open. As you can see from the photos, the animals are enjoying the new building as well! We welcome the community to visit when it begins running on Tuesday, April 11th, 2023.
