Update: The City in partnership with St. Elizabeth’s, Salvation Army and the Copper Rose building have set up temporary shelters that will be open today until tomorrow for those seeking to stay warm.

Warming Centers:

The shelters are at Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, 7601 N Grandview Ave, The Cooper Rose Building, 415 N Grant Ave, and The Salvation Army, 810 E 11th St.


City of Odessa/Salvation Army Warming Centers

With the threat of below freezing temperatures starting tonight, the City has once again teamed up with the Salvation Army to provide a warming center for those who may need it.

The warming center will be at the Salvation Army and will be open from Thursday night through Tuesday morning.

The Salvation Army is located at 810 E. 11th Street.
