Meet Connie Sims, an Analytic Specialist for the Chief's Office who has been working at the Odessa Police Department for 25 years.
As an analyst, Connie creates statistical reports by collecting, analyzing, and presenting data using a variety of software applications to determine the increase/decrease of crimes in the city. She maintains our current records system and is involved in ongoing application software projects for our department.
According to Connie, "It is important to take time to reflect on our Hispanic traditions and ensure those traditions are continued with our families." She loves spending time with her family, especially her 4 grandchildren.
She speaks Spanish and enjoys cooking yummy Mexican food! Her favorite food is asado with homemade tortillas. Connie and her husband also enjoy going to rock concerts!
