The Odessa Police Department will hold a Neighborhood Watch Meeting on Tuesday, September 20th, in the OPD Classroom (205 N. Grant), beginning at 7 pm.
The Neighborhood Watch Program is a simple neighbor-helping-neighbor program that has assisted in reducing crime within our community. This meeting, the Odessa Animal Control will give a presentation covering various topics.
