We continue to introduce you to the recruits of OPD's 25th Session Academy. Today, meet Alan Avila.
He was born and raised in Midland, TX.
"I want to be a cop to help those who can not help themselves, as well as make a positive impact in the community," said Avila.
His goal is to work his way up to becoming a detective.
