Time flies when you enjoy what you're doing! Corporal Cuellar has now been with the Odessa Police Department for about 10 years. He's originally from El Paso, TX but moved to Odessa in 2012.
His duties include being part of OPD's Sniper team as well as a SWAT Operator. He says he always wanted to be in law enforcement.
