Captain Harvell

Today, we're highlighting Captain Harvell.  We got this great picture of him last week at the Citizens Police Academy graduation.

He started his career at Plainview PD in 1989 and moved to Odessa PD in 1994.  He's been with the Odessa Police Department now for 28 years.

We have numerous officers who have been here for decades and continue to work hard to make this community great!
