The City Mask Mandate has been rescinded
Odessa City Council on Tuesday, March 9, voted 6-1 to rescind a city ordinance requiring residents and employees to wear face coverings while in businesses or public facilities. The council's decision goes into effect immediately. People are still encouraged to take precautions to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
